Sid began his culinary adventure in Ibiza nearly 20 years ago and has seen it all…successful restaurant, renowned book, and of course being chef of choice for some of the world’s most famous entertainers, foodies and chefs alike.

The Shanti & Co kitchen works closely with two organic farms on the island, so you can be sure the very finest produce the island has to offer is used.

And all meals are delivered in easy-to-use eco-friendly boxes and also biodegradable cutlery is provided.
